How to measure lobbying?

Campaigning, advocacy, and lobbying are legitimate activities in political decision-making processes. However, quantifying the success of lobbying remains a complex matter. How do we define and measure the success of lobbying? Which parameters measure effectiveness?

These questions demonstrate the need to take a closer look at methods for evaluating lobbying activities. SEAP aims to address these questions by organising a panel discussion with representatives from different sectors.
