On 15 April 2026, SEAP will host a members-only webinar on Better Regulation and Impact Assessments as Strategic Tools for EU Public Affairs.
Impact Assessments are central to how EU policy gets made, yet they are still widely treated as a box-ticking exercise. This 90-minute session, delivered in partnership with the Impact Assessment Institute, is designed to change that.
Led by Erik Akse, founder of the Impact Assessment Institute and someone with hands-on involvement in over 250 Impact Assessments and evaluations, the session will show public affairs professionals how to use the Better Regulation framework to engage earlier, more strategically, and with greater effect.
This is one of a new series of training sessions SEAP is developing exclusively for its members, brought to you by organisations with specialist knowledge of different parts of the EU legislative process.
