Letter addressed to MEP’s on Transparency

Last week, SEAP sent a letter to MEP’s anticipating the trilogue meeting taking place today (15th of June 2020) on the subject of establishing a mandatory transparency register for the EU institutions.

Along with it, we have shared a Policy Brief, highlighting our own Transparency Pledge campaign on this subject, and calling all MEP’s to move forward with the negotiations on the subject.

You can read our letter and the corresponding Policy Brief by accessing the following link.

This engagement is part of our broader work regarding our fight for more accountability, fairness, openness and transparency in the EU, whilst reiterating our commitment and availability to work towards the improvement of lobbying transparency.
